Just talking from the side lines not being personally involved, NWBA was 
supposed to host the ABANA 2006 conference.
A person that was both an ABANA board member and the editor of the Hot Iron 
News (our magazine) started suing us because we terminated him for what our 
board considered cause.
Not having enough information I won't say any more about that but as a 
result, we could not host the conference.
