[TheForge] nail header question

I just talked to Tom this morning. He states that he makes his headers with
the taper down [\ /] , and that if you make the nail properly its not an
issue. He said most of the problem comes from trying to head a cold nail.
The nail should be HOT, so that when it cools it shrinks away.
Tom said he is working on a 8 to 10 min video demo of his method of nail
making that he will supply with all nail headers he sells. He's finalizing
the production and will issue them on CD.
I thought they were all of the [/ \] variety but Tom said he has always
made them the other way.
