	Do NOT try to torch one.  It will go <boom>, and you with it.  Remove 
the valve and fill tank with water to displace all the remaining gas. 
Drill a pilot hole with water still in it, empty tank and let it dry. At 
that point you should be able to use a torch.  The older I get, the less 
I want to get blowed all up.  Call me crazy.  Call me anything you like.
