If you are looking into buying/making a field kitchen.  Make one.  I have
done a little cooking in the field the Air Force and the stuff out military
has for food service in the field sucks.  The unit I was in let me build the
prep kitchen setup and assemble all of the stuff to feed 500 in the field 3
meals a day.  The kitchen was in operation 24 hours a day. I used propane
for all cooking.  I has fuel oil (diesel)  hot water heaters set up for dish
washing.  The refrigeration was the only device that I did not modify for
this field kitchen. Holding the food at temp was done in Cambro brand
containers http://us.cambro.com .  The local restaurant supply has all of
the pans you need.  Here in my local area there are several places that sell
used equipment.

without going into detail as to why i am looking to buy or build a
military type field kitchen i am looking for some help. i have googled
for the past week looking for used or new field kitchen. the only web
site i find is in the uk and they are not answering my e-mails.
what i am looking for is something similar in form, fit, and function of
