Get a vacuum furnace or any other means of heating it in the absence
of hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen. Otherwise just heat it to 1650 F
and be aware that its mechanical properties have been damaged by
heating it in the presence of those gasses and that every time you do
this it just gets worse. As long as you are not making aerospace or
other structurally critical parts this probably is not a big deal but
if it is ...
