Love your posts, Ries, and I have to add one thing, on the topic of 
"Bushie said..."

Am I the only one in the USA who remembers that one of his main campaign 
promises in 2000 was that he would never "indulge in nation building?"
He didn't, either! At least not until he was elected and he changed his 
mind...
