Man, you said what I was trying to say, only much clearer!
While we hassle over the small stuff (and believe me, $60/hour is peanuts to the boss),  the rich guys are cleaning up.

And that's not even the worst thing - it's the way they are running this country into the ground.  

See, what I like about blacksmiths is they actually make stuff that is useful, and attractive.  Upper management does nothing you can use (and the decisions they make are more often disastrous than effective).  If the oil runs out, they do nothing that you or I would pay for.
