[TheForge] Coal prices

I usually get coal a couple tons at a time and it lasts me about a year and
a half.
I'm getting ready to get some more and hope that there isn't going to be a
big sticker shock from the May 04 price.

In the positive side BAM restocked a few months ago and the price was only
slightlly higher than before.  The price to members has gone from $7/50# in
95 to $10/50# now.  Most of the increase is transpertation costs.
