[TheForge] Wireless internet connection - OT from blacksmithing

Seeing that many of you are skilled in computer applications I was  wondering 
if someone might help me with a problem. 
 
My neighbor has kindly allowed me to tap into her broadband cable  connection 
with my Linksys wireless adapter. I am about 150' from her router.  
Connection is inconsistent. Sometimes I have it for days at a time, other days  only 
for an hour or two. Sometimes I cant make it for a couple days. I'm  wondering 
if I can beef up my antenna somehow and if that would help. Maybe a  repeater 
or...?
 
Any suggestions much appreciated.
