Paul:

Don't mess with little units like this go to your local 
welding supplier. Spend some time "drooling" over the 
torch and tank setups, ask LOTS of questions and 
finally confess that you'd buy a set if you knew how to 
weld.

The guy will take you in back and show you how. From 
that point a book and practice will do it for you, with 
the occasional question. If you show your welding 
supply guys a little appreciation, like a box of donuts 
the morning after you buy your setup, they'll always be 
willing to answer your questions and take you in back 
for a lesson. (demo)

There's a GOOD reason I stay on good terms with the 
local welding supplier. <grin>
