[TheForge] Re: NWBA events

As Ries said, we only do two events a year. Spring and Fall. Unless you 
clicked on Committee Workspace you got that message from an empty menu item.
I am hoping that the next upgrade will help that situation by not showing 
restricted menu items so the message will only read "empty".
