I have been using Klingspor pretty much exclusively since about 86 or
so, and I have to agree, its great stuff.
Particularly their flap discs, which they used to call "mop discs".
I use the 50 grit on my 4 1/2" grinders- alumina zirconia, they last a
long time, will cut aggressively or finish smoothly, and cost, in boxes
of 10, about half of what the welding supply store charges for Walter
brand.
I also run their CS411 blue, alumina zirconia abrasives on all my belt
sanders, and on my 12" disc sander. You can feed 1/2" round into the
disc, and it just disappears.
