I have a nice Dewalt 1/2 inch hammer drill and a HF 1/2 D handled drill. The HF ones is used on stuff that isn't good for other drills, like drilling a hole in a tree stump with a machinist bit. But my Dewalt holds up well, right now I have to find it since the move I have lost two or three boxes of stuff. Jerry
