Rick,
You can absolutely weld copper, but your equipment is marginal if you want to avoid using a non-copper based filler.

With oxy-fuel you can of course, solder. I would recommend a silver bearing solder, like Stay-Brite. You will need to use acid flux and will need to passivate the acid afterwards to avoid corrosion.

You can get 0.023" silicon bronze mig wire and that can work on your 120 Lincoln.

Otherwise your best bet would be TIG.
