ABANA did NOT sue NWBA. Jerry Kagele did. That is what Kagele does. That is
about ALL he does.
Please take a look at these two links from lawyerethics.org and
you will see
what I am talking about.
I have never seen anything metal related of Kagele's other than photos of
other peoples work.
If you search the archives for Kagele you will find other times
that he sued
or threatened to sue within the blacksmith community.
Kagele's actions while an ABANA board member and Ms Yellen's
actions while a
board member and the actions of the ABANA board (destroying tapes and
minutes) are the reason I have not and will not join ABANA.
I am a member of NWBA and I understand that sealing the suit was the
cheapest, fastest way to get rid of Kagele. We are well rid of him.
