Don't think(?) ABANA sued. I think it was that Keagle fellow.
Although, He ( by being on the board) does, a lot of times,implies that
he speaks for the board.

I'd like to know *why* NWBA got sued by ABANA. I don't know anything
about NWBA, but these organizations seem to be "kissing cousins".
