Terry,

You could guild the edges of the pages with invisible ink while they are
still in the ream.

If you print them in order, you could see your markings when they are all
stacked up.

We used to do this to our card decks with visible ink (in the old days) in
case they got dropped and mixed up.

Is your case making any progress?  There was someone on the news last week
that had won a large settlement and was setting up a foundation to help the
little guys that are taking on big corps.  As you well know they try to
blead you dry with endless continuances.  This fund keeps them solvent
through the fight.  Sorry, I don't remember any of the details.  (My wife
says that it is the girl that sued Bob Barker)
