[TheForge] Top Three?

For me the top 3 general purpose blacksmtih books would be:

1.)    Either: Jack Andrews - "The New Edge of the Anvil"  or Randy 
McDaniel - "The Blacksmith Primer"

2.)   Otto Schmirler - "Werk und Werkzeug des Kunstschmieds"

3.)   Alexander Weygers  -  the 3 volumes in 1 which includes The Modern 
Blacksmith, the Making of Tools  and 1 other of his books.

Then you get into more speciality books:  The Iron Menagerie for Animal and 
wizard heads,  Streeter for traditional hardware.  Any of Wayne Goddards 
books (like "The $50 Knife Shop") for knife making.  etc.
