Last year when giving costum advice, some fireman on a local station was
telling people to get synthetic materials because they were more heat
resistant and harder to lite than cotton.

Well this year they ammended the advice by saying to wear cotton under the
costum because if the costum did catch fire it would melt and stick to the
kid's skin without a natural fiber material to protect them.
