No, it will have a tendency to collapse.  Now you can make it stand by tightly engineering where the bipod meets the ridge pole, but that puts a lot of stress at that joint.  The best double bipod I have seen is in a period woodcut, where each leg of the bipod has a two tined fork at the end that is stuck in the ground.
