Thanks, Ries ;-) While I'm there, you're definitely one of the people I want
to meet, and, as it's looking, I may actually be there long enough (a couple
weeks, at least) to accomplish that ;-) I've seen and admired your work on
the 'Net, and actually getting a chance to see the work and the smith in the
flesh (or the steel, as the case might be) will be a thrill ;-)
Not sure of the exact location- it will be at a private residence, Paul
Buell's, who wrote "Soup for the Qan", which is where I'll be staying, but
we're working out details as we write.

OK, thanks. At the moment, I'm stashing all this information- likely won't
be doing much with it until we have some dates, etc, solidified.

Again, I'll be holding off a bit, until I get more details. FWIW, this will
be happening through the auspices of UW, and/or possibly WWU, if that might
help you get any idea of the location. I haven't been in Seattle for almost
40 years, so my knowledge of the area is a bit limited ;-)
But, thanks, Ries- I appreciate the help ;-)

"When in doubt, heat it up and hit it with a hammer."
Blacksmith's credo.
If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it is probably not a
cat.
Never a horse that cain't be rode,
And never a rider who cain't be throwed....
