[TheForge] disc cutting?

I'm kind of echoing what Mike said, but, what I did
was find a high-tech sheet metal shop that had a huge
Strippit turret punch, and got them to punch a few
hundred drip pans for me.  I think it cost me about a
nickel each.  I wasn't thinking at the time, but if I
had to do it again, I'd have them punch the hole in
the center for the rivet.  After forming the drip pan,
you might have to go back and ream the hole, but the
hole would still be in the exact center.
