Most welding supply retailers have a circle cutting attachment that will
hold yer torch tip and allow you to cut arcs and circles of various sizes
the one I found has allows for beveled cuts too. Not sure if it will fit
on the plasma torch.
course after you spend the time and consumables to cut and clean it better
off to find someone that is punching out holes and askin to haul off the
scrap.
