Kent,

Which finger? I have the same problem- middle finger. The Dr wanted to cut &
paste; said it was a simple surgery. My secretary said "it ain't his
finger." Any way, I opted to let the little acupuncture lady do her magic w/
acupuncture & ultra sound and it really made a difference. Using a hammer
for hours at a time hurts a little but not like it did. Even though surgery
would cost me nothing, I'm going to stick with what I know is working, but I
presume surgery is your only option?

Everybody be thinking/praying for me Friday...going under the knife. Surgery
to fix my finger...a displaced tendon, which I can testify hurts like Hades
and does nothing for my typing.
