In over forty years working in steel shops, etc. (on the Left  Coast), I've 
never once encountered a trucker willing to help load steel  into racks. The 
most they would ever do, was to push it off the truck, or wait  (not long) for a 
fork lift to unload it. You may want to revise your plan,  beverages and all 
:-)
