Don't power wash  it. From my knowledge of having it at work and  having 
friends who had it. You need to  contact EPA and see what they   have to say about 
it. It has to  be treated like a bomb. Friend had some on  house that he was 
remodeling and had to  get a permit and have people  trained in removing it 
and it had to be put in EPA approved bags. The EPA  does not want that stuff on 
the ground or in water supply. It is worse thing  around to mess with.  We had 
it in a work  building in AZ and  they had to seal  the building when they 
removed it and cleaned up after  it. Everyone working on building  had to wear 
full suits with  masks.  Arizona has places that you Can't be on because of the 
asbestos on the  ground or was in the ground. It is Nasty Shit.
