To All,
Asbestos has only one dangerous form and that is the dry, freshly fractured 
ends of the fibers.   Once the end have been made wet almost all of the danger 
is gone.   However if you freshly fracture the fiber again, it becomes 
dangerous.
Powerwashing is going to flush away a lot of the loosly bonded fibers on the 
surface and make them available for fracture on the ground.
Seek professional help.
