I went to the Blue Moon Iron auction Saturday.
When we went over to view the auction on Friday in Cashmere, Washington, the
weather was beautiful.
On Saturday I bid the Sahinler SB50 up to $1000.00. I would have gone higher
but I didn't have a place to put it or a way to move it.
A 25lb Little Giant went for $1500.00 and a 50lb Little Giant went for
$1300.00.
The Thermaldynamics PacMaster 50 Plasma Torch went for $750.00. Again for my
use I couldn't justify going higher.
We left the auction early because the weather didn't look good. We heard on
the news that traction tires were required on Stevens Pass so we went south
on 97. We made it over Blewett Pass in heavy snow because it wasn't sticking
to the road yet.
As we topped Bluett Pass we caught the news and heard that Snoqualmie Pass
was closed due to multiple spin out accidents so we continued south to HWY
12 and went home over White Pass.
Sure glad I didn't have a load on the trailer I was pulling.
