[TheForge] 301 buffallo

I don't use anything in my cast forges and I don't have any problems. I did
clay line a portable sheet metal forge but now I know that wasn't necessary.

I only use a hand crank blower and my pot never gets real hot. In addition,
I'm careful not to shock cool the pan with water.

If your going to use a power blower and run it hard, you may consider a
liner, but I'm not sure it's even necessary then.

I recently picked up a Buffalo forge #301. I have been looking for a picture
of it new, can't find one. The out-side edge of the fire pot is about 2"
above the pan. I was curious if there was refractory in there to fill the
space. I could put a picture some where if that would help.
Thank you
Kenny O
