Phil,

My notcher is a Tennsmith, but it looks similar to yours. The gauge
stops are pretty simple to make. They are about six inches long and
about 3-1/2 wide by 3/8 thick. One end is cut square and the other is
cut to 45 degrees from side to side. Two 3/8 wide slots run the length
about an inch in from each side, within an an inch of each end. The
gauge stops are locked in place with a couple 5/16 bolts. The bolts have
a large square head that rides in the curved slot under the gauge table.
The heads on mine look like they were about an inch square and were
welded on some all thread. Wing nuts with washers are on top of the
slots in the gauge plates. I actually just use one bolt on each gauge
plate most of the time, for quick setups.
