[TheForge] Flypress queston

I built a small fly press with a 2 inch screw, 4 threads per inch (single
start).  I thought that the relatively fine pitch would generate more
pressure, but friction won out.  It tended to bind at the bottom of the
stroke, and retracting the ram took both hands and took too long ( lost all
the eat).  I also built a flypress with 4 threads per inch, but a two-start
screw, so that it advanced 1/2 inch per turn.  This worked much better.  I
have never had the opportunity to use a real store-bought press though.
