In one of my books .Can't remember which one, There is something about  "the
smith should eat large quaintys of butter" it from a  pre 1600 source. I
just can't place which one.

I also just talked to my roommate, who was exposed to heavy metals in the
Navy. He said one treatment was to drink vast quantities of lemonade or
cranberry juice- it's something you need to do for months. Apparently, it
aids in getting the heavy metals out of your system.

I can see it now- because of what we do, all of a sudden, we have smiths
throwing lemonade parties, and inviting each other to stop by the forge for
a...glass of cranberry juice?
