Jammers are illegal, by definition. But places like churches may skoot by
without a citation.
It's simple, visit mini-circuits.com, check out their Voltage controled
oscillators, add an amp.

Hey Grover, I need one for my car -- cell phone jammer. I was behind a guy
in Knoxville in heavy traffic using two of them -- one in each hand. I
understand some theaters, churches etc. are using jammers now days.
