My brother recently retired from thirty plus years at the YMCA, ending 
his career as the director of the Y in his town.  Their second story 
gymnastics center was put on hold for a year while they scraped up the 
extra money for elevator required by the new law.    Still, you could 
have a handicapped parent that wants to watch their child.
