At the ABANA 2002 La Crosse,  there was a "hands on"  participant group of 
techie anvils made from 4" by 4" square stock on pipe legs.   Why not make a 
similar anvil that could have the wheel chair actually roll under it.  
Certainly  there would have to be a good leather  apron protecting the belly 
and legs.
