[TheForge] Anvil Orientation (was Rodent Wrist)

Thanks for the info, Dan. I have wondered about what is considered the
"proper" orientation for the anvil. Horn to the hammer hand side works for
me, but the same anvil also seems to work for the right-handers that use the
shop. Maybe they just got used to it because I'm the senior guy at the
museum where we all do volunteer smithing.
