[TheForge] OFF TOPIC simple windows help needed

After a hard drive crash that robbed me of all my old forge and other mail
we can't change our web page from Google.  Now I love google but its
starting to piss me off that I have to have it for my home page.  Won't
change using the Tools, Internet options sequence that is supposed to do it.
Initially I found a button that said lock home page and deselected it and
was able to change it, but since then its back to Google and I can't find
that button despite hours of looking and cursing.

Thanks in advance for any help with this stufpid  problem.

Going to be 78 here in Tallahassee and only down to 54, oh well, have to
wear those damn shorts.
