Justin,
I work for a company that helps quantify construction claims due to changes or delays. My suggestion is that you talk to her boss, ask if this is corporate policy to try and supercede your contract 2 weeks before the due date. If the boss is willing to work with you, fine. If not, you can start talking about all the extra costs you will be incurring due to their breach; loss of wages while you frantically look for a new place, phone calls to caterers and photographers and clergy for the change of venue, having the invitations reprinted and Fed-exed, person to stand at their site and redirect wedding guests to new site, etc., etc. You can go on like this for a long while. All legitimate costs incurred by their breach.
Disclaimer: I am NOT a lawyer, nor do I work for a law firm. Please get appropriate legal counsel before persuing a claim. These costs are examples of costs that courts uphold everyday.

It is I who formed the blacksmith,
who fans the flame into a fire and
fashions a weapon fit for it's work.
