[TheForge] Gas Forge Plans - a question

Hi Larry.
The plans are straightforward and should be easy to pull off.  

One caution I have is about using loose firebrick for the front.  I used a
similar setup on my first forge.  The problem occurs when one pulls out a
bent piece of iron from the forge and it catches on the top fire brick.  It
could fall onto the user's hand or just down and break up into several hot
pieces.  

I eventually secured the top brick with a piece of stainless wire to the
outer body of the forge to keep it in place.  Mild steel wire would be
better than nothing.

Many thanks for the wonderfully simple gas forge plans.  I feel like
this is something I can tackle on my own.  I've started searching for
the components, like the durablanket and fire brick.  A question:  You
specified heavy duty fire brick.  Is that it's name or just a
description?  Do you know the temperature range for that level of brick?
