Yes that is what they look like but Clay was changed how the motor
pivots.
Instead of it pivoting like in the picture which is basically up and
down his pivots left to right so the pulley is running on the tire tread
surface flatter.

No Clay said he started plans and had made too many revisions as he has
builds so no plans yet.

There were 20 built at BAM and at least one or more other workshops
maybe someone could help you out.

Clay sold the one he had with for $1995
He said they average about $1000 to build  at workshop

I may build one this winter as something to do

He said you need at least a 6" round or square solid for the anvil which
was 3' tall.

They weight about 700#
