I want to second Marc's comment about the sale of that CD. this
information I have perused on theforge the past few years has been
invaluable in the development of my work. I want to thank all those who
so generously share their experience and knowledge, Ralph, Frosty, Reis,
Steve Howell to name but a few. I know Terry is working on some kind of
compilation, hopefully even indexable, and I would certainly like to see
this info compiled. I would even be willing to help as I have some
computer expertise.
