There is one near my place that is turned face down and made into an igloo.  It currently has little penguins standing around it holding holiday greeting signs.

I am sure that you could explain that the yard full of mirrors offered a
positive reflection on your communitity. I saw 2 of the big old dishes
mounted together to create cool flying saucer yard art.
