[TheForge] Way OT - Use of SSN for a computer ID

Dave,
         I retired from the state of Ohio, the state with the convicted 
governor still in office. I have no choice on my retirement plans. The 
medical sucks these days, the plan was a state owned agency but not a state 
run agency until a couple of years ago. When that happened, it started to 
go down hill.
