         I am for public punishment, such as a stock in the town square, 
chain gangs, public executions, etc. Then restitution should be made even 
if means the prisoner has to sell a kidney. Where I live now, they say the 
police need 200 to 400 more officers to make the city safe and replace all 
of their cruisers, where I am moving to, a deputy said to make sure I 
scream "don't kill me", before pulling the trigger. He didn't say what to 
do after that.
