[TheForge] Forge is up!

Had a great time at the OBG meeting last Saturday; went home and fired up the forge. Heated up some railroad spikes and a broken file, then beat on it for a while. Drew out a tang and forged in some bevels for a nice little knife...maybe a skinner. (LOL) It do have a bit of curve to it, but I'll straighten it out.

Have a question for ya'll, though. What kind of steel do they use to make railroad spikes?
