I once saw an ad in our local paper: "Slightly used solar system for sale"
They didn't say whether or not the tenants on the third planet were 
grumpy and aggressive and had a tendency to leave chemical and nuclear 
waste lying around...
Maybe it was a more peaceful one than ours.
