[TheForge] table weight/scrap price

It depends on whether they are buying or selling.  They buy at 3 cents/lb
and sell at 30 cents/lb.

A couple years ago I had a bunch of scrap to sell and they would only give
1/2cent/lb.  I decided to keep it. I got it in the first place because a
friend had it and the scrap guy was going to charge her to pick it up.  For
her it was cheeper to give it to me than pay them to come get it.

Wow 30 cents a pound, where is this scrap yard??? The best price I've heard
was $3.00 a hundred or 3 cents a pound.
