[TheForge] Cut-off hardies

A butcher hardy is vertical on one side, sloped on the other. This provides a straight cut (90-degree) for one side of the bar, and a taper on the other. That can be very useful for some work. It's usually not a disadvantage even when not actually needed.

"When in doubt, heat it up and hit it with a hammer."

If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it is probably not a
cat.

Never a horse that cain't be rode,
And never a rider who cain't be throwed....
