...to lose? How about an eye?
What if the steel has a little more carbon than thought?
Unless you are going to tell me you are drawing the temper back on super
quench??????
Just use a good tool steel, and don't take the chance.

It only takes once. If S.Q. is so good , why doesn't everybody use it.
It's been around for about 14 years as a substitute for lye.
