[TheForge] Drilling holes in rods

You can find center jigs in some of the tool catalogs for drilling
round stock. It has a set of drill guides each mounted in a V block
that is placed over the round and centers the drill bit on the
circimference. As I recall they come in sets of about 8 or 10
different bit sizes.
